Lisa held a BA in Human Services with over 15 years in the Human Services field; working in several settings. She began her career working with nonprofit agencies, the school system and individuals in the disability field. She eventually found her passion within the Domestic Violence / Sexual Assault field.

Finance Manager
Chantel is Amani Community Services Finance Manager. Her love for accounting led her to obtain her B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Iowa. Born and raised here in Waterloo, she is very happy to be a part of a company that gives back to our community.

"I attended UNI and majored in Middle Level Education. I later went to Hawkeye Community College and finished as a Pharmacy Technician. For the last 8 years, I worked within the healthcare system; including patient access roles. I have always had a passion for helping people. In my free time I enjoy time with family, friends, traveling, concerts, a good laugh and attending any community events I can.”

LaCretsia is Amani Community Services Victims Advocate supporting our Scott County office. She holds her Masters of Education in Counseling.

Candace has been with Amani Community Services since May 2020 as our Victim Advocate. She earned her degrees within Business, Accounting and Interior Design where she is able to bring forth varied skills and align them with our agencies mission.

In her spare time she enjoys designing, traveling and personal development.
